Job Description:

8 to 10 years + Years of strong SAP Production Planning and Variant Configuration experience which include min 2 end to end implementations and support projects extensively with Variant Configuration. Should have very good knowledge on the business processes associated with SAP PP for discrete manufacturing environment. Configuration and working experience on Engineer to Order (ETO) strategies. To have worked on various material types including KMAT for variant configuration scenarios, defined Class for required variants with pricing, defined object dependencies (OD) and maintained Super BOM and Super Routing. Should have extensive working experience in Variant Configure and maintain PP master data in interface with VC- Super BOM, Super routing, and Work centres Should have good working knowledge on Variant configuration. Should have extensively worked on capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production order execution, shop floor controls. Extensively worked on ABAP debugging, technical and functional specifications, SAP query. The SAP Production Planning Consultant is directly responsible for delivery of SAP Production Planning (PP) module functional services. The consultant will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. Consultant should have a proven understanding of Production Planning operation Should have good knowledge and experience in SAP VC/PP configuration and the business process associated with it. Strong sense of problem solving and be able to deal with integration issues Consultant must have dealt with discrete manufacturing on multiple different projects. Configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools. Should have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN. Configure the background jobs for MRP (Material Planning) run and special procurement keys Should able to understand the Business processes and Design the solution. Should be able prepare the Functional specifications and co-ordinate with Technical team for development and testing activities. Should be able to guide the Technical team and address their queries related to the development activities. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Description:

The BSA will gather/analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements for use by the Development team to build and configure the required computer systems using ETS technical standards. The ideal candidate would be familiar with the complete SDLC and would have hands on experience in analyzing business and functional requirements, documenting technical requirements and communicate effectively with the stakeholders. The candidate would be familiar with various software lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.). The candidate would be hands-on, solution oriented individual with strong analysis, logical and problem solving skills, along with a good understanding of business process, excellent debugging skills and ability to communicate well with business and technical partners, while handling multiple parallel deliverables. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly on the technical solution and understanding of business impact is a MUST. The candidate will document software issues encountered in production, analyze the root cause, debug the issue and provide solution to the user. Position Qualifications Education: • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience preferred Experience: • Minimum 4 years’ experience in software development and software support operations. • Previous experience as a Software Developer is a MUST. • Minimum 2 years' experience in data modeling for relational databases. • Minimum 2 years' experience in service oriented architectures and web service definitions. • Proven systems analysis experience with the ability to independently work with internal and external business stakeholders. • Proven experience in technical requirements gathering, definition and design • Proven ability to design, document and maintain technical documentation including detailed technical process flows, technical specs, data integration and user interface design flow. • Proven experience working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools • Strong experience or understanding of Java/J2EE, XML, JSON and Web services • Experience working in fast paced environments and agile development teams • Experience creating web service API and file processing specifications • 1+ years of experience with MS Visio (or similar tool like Power Designer) and similar tools to document deployment diagrams and use cases.
